I currently provide individual therapy for adults and parents/caregivers. I commonly work with anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustment, identity exploration, women’s issues, traumatic experiences, relationship patterns, personal growth, and parent coaching to increase confidence in managing challenging behaviors in children.
My work is primarily informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapy. We may explore the different “parts” of you that have developed in response to stress or difficult experiences while also paying attention to what your body is communicating. Therapy is individualized, so we will determine together what feels useful for you.
I am currently providing telehealth sessions only. I plan to resume offering in-person appointments after the new year. Updated information about in-person availability will be posted when it becomes available.
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, relevant history, and what you would like to gain from our work together. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
Yes. I currently accept CCHA, Colorado Access, CHP+, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Carelon Behavioral Health, including applicable Kaiser Permanente and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Because participation and benefits can vary by specific plan, please verify your coverage and in-network benefits before beginning services.
Yes. The self-pay rate is $125 per session. Some people choose self-pay for greater privacy and flexibility or because they prefer not to submit their therapy services to an insurance company.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee according to practice policies and applicable insurance requirements.
You do not need to be in crisis or have everything figured out before starting therapy. You may simply know that something feels difficult, that familiar patterns are no longer working for you, or that you want a better understanding of yourself. Part of our initial work can be identifying what you need and what you would like to be different.
Reach out through the contact information provided on this site to inquire about current availability and scheduling. Please avoid including highly sensitive or urgent clinical information in an ordinary email or website contact form.
I do not provide emergency or crisis services through this website, email, or routine therapy scheduling. If you believe you are in immediate danger or are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
